Typically, at our clinic, rhinoplasty costs $10,900 ($9,900 + $1,000 for general anesthesia) plus tax. The total cost may vary based on your body and desired results, and whether you have any simultaneous procedures. In addition, clinic prices can vary based on factors such as the equipment they use, the clinic's accreditation, the surgical staff's skill levels, and the surgeon's experience.

What Factors Can Affect
Rhinoplasty
Cost?
Open or Closed Rhinoplasty
Before determining your total rhinoplasty cost, your surgeon will have to decide whether to perform an open or closed rhinoplasty depending your anatomy and goals.
Typically an open rhinoplasty costs more, as it is usually a more extensive surgery. This also means increased operative time, more resources, and more anesthesia, all of which affect the overall rhinoplasty cost.
Primary or Secondary Rhinoplasty
Your final rhinoplasty cost will depend on whether you’re having a primary or secondary rhinoplasty. Secondary rhinoplasty is usually a more extensive surgery as it’s correcting a prior surgery or trauma to the nose.
For this reason, a secondary procedure usually increases the overall rhinoplasty cost due to increased surgery time, more resources, and more anesthesia being used.
Anatomical Structures to be Altered
In most cases, the base rhinoplasty cost covers reshaping the bridge, which is a fairly simple procedure. Operating on other, more complex features of the nose such as the columella, the tissue that separates the nostrils, or the nostrils themselves—whether in addition to or instead of the bridge—may increase the overall rhinoplasty cost.
Augment Rhinoplasty
Instead of reducing the size of the nose, some patients decide to augment or enlarge their nose. This can be achieved through the use of facial implants. The overall rhinoplasty cost will depend on the type, composition and size of the implant used.
Septoplasty
The setpum, which separates the nasal chambers, can sometimes be deviated, or crooked. This interferes with normal breathing, and often requires surgery to correct it—septoplasty. If this procedure is performed in conjunction with a rhinoplasty, it’s called septorhinoplasty.
Because TCC is a private clinic, we do not perform septoplasty. However, we are able to perform septorhinoplasty, which would increase your overall rhinoplasty cost. In this case, because the surgery would be intended to correct the function of the nose rather than just its aesthetic appearance, it may be covered by your health insurance. Ask your patient consultant whether this situation may apply to you.
